Click on the three settings dots in Web App. You can Change it there. Hope this helps. Enjoy….

This will update the email address on your account. If you want to update your user profile email:
I'm unable to update my email in the Edit Profile dialog; i.e., I can enter the new value, but it doesn't change after clicking on Submit.
FWIW & FYI - I was successful in updating my new email under Account Settings, Contact Email for app.dronelink.com as well as successfully updating the new email at support.dronelink.com.

Some other user has mentioned that this was not working on a certain browser, but worked fine on Google Chrome. Can you confirm what browser you are using and can you try a different one?

Jacob Rachniowski - Firefox is what I use daily. Trying to get this to work using Microsoft Edge, did show a flicker of hope, though I'm still waiting..
So it's been about an hour and things still hadn't changed as expected even with a forced refresh of the browser.
Clicking on ! notice, eventually resulted in an email being sent to my new address, and after verification; i.e., following the provided link to verify the email address, all is good and I'm again able to use Firefox! Thank you Jacob, your help is very much appreciated.
Glad that you were able to sort it out.
Microsoft Edge was an issue that someone else previously reported, and it sounds like Firefox was also giving you trouble. We may need to take a look, until then, Dronelinnk recommends Chrome, which is the browser we have tested this on without any issue.
I have tried Edge and Chrome on Windows and Chrome and Safari on Mac without success.

I have tried logging out and then back in as well.
Ok. Strange but that’s technology. I know it seems simple but did you click on save after changing. I’ve tried on a couple browsers and it’s working. Maybe email DL.

There are two different emails. Your log in profile and your contact email which can be different or the same. Also did you confirm if setting your profile ? Depending on your screen resolution, font size and if the window is reduced you may not see the Save at bottom of card.
I was able to change my contact email. I was trying to also change the profile email which is not working.. Changing the contact email seemed to work and did not require a verification email. On the profile page, I do see the Submit button below the email address field. Not sure I know what card you are referencing.

It’s sometimes called a card. Did you get an email from Dronelink and verify the change. It will not change until you do. The contact email is just saved and updated. Your profile email is what you log in with which must be verified as explained in the link. If it doesn’t indicate waiting for verification then I’d email them.
I have never gotten an email. Based on what I read, I should get an email at both the original email address and the new one.
I sent an email to support@ . Got an automated response saying that if my account level does not include email support, I may not get any response.
As far as I know, I should be the admin of the account but have not found a way to confirm this. That is step one of the process.
They assist with any account problems, just not drone or mission issues unless you have a business account. I’m sure they will help to get it going.

Psal jsem na help desk, ale nikdo se neobtěžuje odpovědět ani pomoci. Jak mám email aktivovat a potvrdit, když mi nic nepřijde do schránky? Mám program omezený a trošku drahý nepoužitelný kvůli blbině.
