Mavic Pro 2 UPGRADE Error

I have the elite plan.  When I go to launch my mission it tells me I have to upgrade and that the Elite plan does not support the Mavic Pro 2.  I can see the mapping path, the camera etc.  It just says to upgrade when I go to launch.  How can I fix this?
