How to record a flight?

I want to record a flight path up a narrow creek, with winding corners, with cliffs and trees on either side. I am trying to do it with waypoints and using google earth, but it seams very tedious.

Is there a way with Dronelink, where I could fly the path slowly and manually, and have it be translated to a dronelink path?

Caution: the drones GPS and altimeter can move by as much as 4-5m between flights and even during a flight, so if you are going into a really tight space you might crash.
