Trying to settle in on an account
I'm not sure how this is going to get resolved here since I'm not familiar with the no-email support environment. Anyway, I am a brand new user and created a Mapper account to do a local job here. But then I saw that I could gain a lot more capability by getting a Starter Business account, so I signed up for that, thinking it would override the Mapper account since it was all within the same login. But instead, I ended up with 2 separate paid accounts. Since the Mapper account was a one-time charge, I cancelled the Starter account, hoping I'll be able to get it straightened out. So. Can I get the Mapper account cancelled and refunded so I can sign up for a Starter account instead? I see no logical reason to have both of them. Am I missing something? Thanks.

No email support means if you have questions on how to use Dronelink, you need to post them to the forums - mainly so other users can benefit from our answers. That does not mean the quality of support is any different than it would have been over email. I answer all the posts and I also wrote the app. Having said that, we do offer plans that include email support if you are looking for a private conversation for some reason.
If you have questions about billing / cancellation / refund requests, then you can of course email support@dronelink.com.
