Data used by mobile
Hello,
I have got the premium option (bought it yesterday).
I installed it on my DJI smart controller, it does work as expected without leaving DJI fly.
Preview on my computer is useful.
I do read/watch docs/tutos right now !
I must upgrade my mobile bandwidth because today, 50 Mo per month is no more enough using Dronelink.
My question is about mobile data consumption : how many Mb per mission (average including map download) will be used by my mobile ?

Don’t need to use data or WiFi to fly a mission. You can download any of your DL missions with the DL mission app for offline usage using WiFi before you go to your location. This way you won’t need any internet connection to load a mission.
The issue you may have with your map not fully loading is no different then using the DJI app to fly if in a rural area with no WiFi. I use Hot Spot with my WiFi only IPad Mini for any of these situations. The data amount used would be an extremely small which you probably would not even notice. My Hot Spot usage gives my 15 Gig a month and I’ve only used maybe a few hundred MB in any month.

I did a simple mission today, following a river.
I first opened it at home as suggested.
No data on site, but everything was displayed on my DJI Smart Controller, and the mission was performed as expected.
I will study all Dronelink app options I can use.
Good to hear. Downloading missions is simple to do by clicking on the three dots on right side of plan. Then just click download for offline.
