Can I fly with simulator in IOS without real drone ?

Now, I'm developing to integrate drone link api and bellow sample.
Could I fly with simulator in IOS without real drone ?
I installed drone link app but N/A (Disconnected).
Can I fly with simulator ?

    You can use the DJI simulator, but you won't be able to activate Dronelink without an environment key, which requires a Dronelink Enterprise account. sales@dronelink.com

    If my company has an Enterprise account, I can develop source code with DJI simulator, right ?
