Not sure I understand your question.

    Hi mar ham,

maybe your question is one of the following:

    1) What size is the piece of land on a single picture?

    2) What is the size of a pixel in real world?

I think it is possible to answer the questions by usage of trigonometry.

In addition we would need some information about the camera and the sensor.

I think mavic air 2 has a camera angle of 84 degree and a resolution of 8000 x 6000 pixel

I tried to do some math but not sure if I am right. Feel free to correct me.

My assumption is, that if the drone is at a height of 10 meter, the picture will show a piece of land with a size of about 18 meter.

Maybe you can test it, by taking a picture from an object where the size is known.

I am mean if I want to make maps by using dronelink, to make the maps with 1:500, 1:1000, 1:1250, 1:2500 acale . Which altitude will be suitable to make each map , if I use Dji Mavic air 2 drone?

This also depends on the size you print the map and on the overlap of your images.

I did not run a mapping mission, yet, so I have no experience.

Maybe someone could share an example of a successful mapping mission, including information about printed map and the altitude of the drone.
