The system should not have allowed you to upgrade from Hobbyist (legacy) to Elite (2021) so I will definitely look into that. For now I have refunded the payment and reset your account back to Hobbyist (legacy).
This is not our upgrade policy. If you buy a plan that includes feature X, you should still have access to that feature as long as you stay on that plan. Granted, in this case it let you upgrade to a plan with less features, but like I said, already looking into that. If you are still unable to access the Facade feature now that your account is Hobbyist again, please let me know (I am curious what your recreational use case for that feature is however).
This sounds like a separate, unrelated bug report. Can you please post more details in a new post here.
the facade works now again.. i opened an bug issue for the Google Earth topic.
Thanks
what is my current status with which features? I am a liitle lost now.
My believe -featurewise- is to be an ELITE user in the 2020 scheme - as one of the early hobbyist (legacy) users, including facades, Google Earth, Terrain following, Trucking shot,...
We will add a "what features are in my account screen" in the next update. For now, here is what is in the legacy hobbyist plan (the same features that you had on day 1):
Perfect... Thanks a lot
Christian
Can you check and my account, I have exactly the same as described by Christian Franke
Your account is still Hobbyist (legacy) with the same features listed above.
The Facade option is gone.
The top level create menu doesn't have a facade template, but if you click New Plan you will see the Facade component as an option when you click New Component.
Also, still curious as to what your recreational uses cases are for facade.
It is OK. But this solution is not intuitive.
The purpose of the initial create content screen is to surface the most commonly used features without overwhelming people with every single possible feature in the app. Facade is definitely an advanced use case that most hobbyists do not use as the feature is targeted towards businesses doing inspections.
As a curiosity and fun with 3D programs, eg Agisoft Metashape
