How to request a refund?

How does one go about requesting a refund? I signed up for a premium account and cannot get a hang of creating even a simple plan. I've watched the videos before but there are too many different parameters. I've used other apps in the past and I am finding this is not very intuitive. Maybe I'm too old I don't know. Also some features that should be common place are missing unless you spend more money like altitude AGL.

    Not sure why you think AGL should be a basic feature.
