Mavic Air 2 Error

I have a flight plan set up but when I went to launch it gave me the count down then the drone flew up to altitude then stopped with a low battery error, it said I was at 20% but the drone had over 85%, I tried a few more times but kept stopping, I then tried the Mavic Pro and it worked fine Versions 2.4.2. (157) kernel 2.4.0

    Please post a screen recording if you are able to reproduce the issue.

    Hi Jim, I was out again tonight with fully charged batteries and controller 
    and phone and got the same error, i shut down the drone, controller and rebooted 
    the phone, i get the 3,2 1 and the drone launches, goes to altitude starts the
    flight then stops, a few seconds later this message appears on the screen, i 
    hit dismiss and continue but still keep getting this message
    any idea?

    I don't think the Mavic Air 2 supports that command, so you need to do what the dialog says: mark it as not required or remove it.

    Thank you Jim, I was just going thru the components and disabled it, I will test it and let you know later today
