Unable to start app

Hey, I have a dronelink account since 2020 and recently, the app stopped working. I reinstalled the app and the issue remains the same: after selecting my account the screen turns grey and nothing else happens. Moreover I feel like my hobbyist account had more features related to maps, when I bought it and that some of those features where the reason to pay for dronelink.

We don't remove features from accounts.
