Linear Mapping
Be good to have functionality for mapping pipelines, transmission lines, rail and road. Drone flies up and back along AOI with requisite image overlap. Route planning would need to be capable of changes in direction.

Is it possible to achieve the desired behavior right now by placing multiple map components?
Possibly, but its not straight forward. In DroneDeploy you plot a path along the route and then options available are for alt, path width and image overlap. In Dronelink parlance its a single component that can follow the route of the infrastructure.

I would also find a linear or corridor mapping mission very helpful. I would like to be able to fly a path along a road that we have ran pipeline and upload it directly to our maps. Maybe be able to draw a line as a flight path and then be able to set a buffer on each side of said line and select an overlap.
Any news or development for the Linear Mapping (Roads for example)?
