Can't upgrade from Mapping account to Elite account
Hello!
Please I need upgrade my account from Mapping to Elite paying only the difference price, but using upgrade button only i can pay total elite price
Can you help me please?

You cannot upgrade from Mapper to Elite because Mapper can be used for commercial missions where Elite is recreational only. You either need to upgrade to Starter (Business), or create a second account (you can have multiple accounts associated with the same email address).

Yesterday I bought the Mapper license by mistake!!
And now I know that I need Elite account
Please can I get the money and then buy elite account?
You can email support@dronelink.com for refunds. Be aware that you cannot do commercial missions with an Elite account (as you can do with your current Mapper account).

I'm working in a private project, I will not do any commercial missions
