Account suspended due to Multiple users
Dear Team,
Please refer screenshot attached, i have the active Growth account, the professional plan with up to 25 users. I am still unable to understand that why my account got automatically suspended? I was using on 3 different cellphones?
And previously, 1 week back, I tried to add a member, but then it was asking for extra dollars, and my account got suspended due to this. Eventually, I had to pay again to activate my account. I need assistance and clear instructions on this? When the Growth account has the access up to 25 users then why am I facing the issue again and again?

Growth accounts allow you to add up to 25 users, but each user costs extra (you cannot share the login). If you need further assistance please email support@dronelink.com
