KMZ error for AIR 3 on DJI FLY
I performed the export and import procedure for DJI Fly, but when I started the mission, I received the error
"Error during flight. Waypoint flight suspended."
How can I fix this?
Thank you.

Other than the DL support article it should be working. I’m having no issue with my Air3. Check and make sure you have followed the steps correctly. It does take a bit of work and if any step is not done correctly it will not work. https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410621290387-Onboard-DJI-Waypoint-Missions-Convert-and-Export-to-KMZ
Can you share the KMZ file you created ?

I uploaded the original file and the djifly one.
Thanks
I don’t see any obvious issues with the file. Have you flown a converted file before without any problem or is this your first conversion ? Are you creating a dummy file first then copying that long DJI file name to the KMZ file then moving it back in the waypoints folder and replacing that DJI file ? I’m not having any issues at this time with any KMZ files imported from a few different apps to include DL converted plan.
I just purchased the AIR 3, and these are my first tests.
I redid the whole process and it worked fine; there was probably a mistake when copying/pasting the name.
When using the app on iOS, I noticed that exporting sometimes fails and the app appears as a white screen.
Thank you.
I only use an iPad 11 Pro and no issues with a white screen or failure. Which browser are you using ? DL supports 4 browsers but I use Chrome when exporting the KMZ file because Firefox can’t export the same.
I have an iPad 9.
If I use the browser (Chrome), there are no problems, but when I export the app, I get a white screen.
