Exporting to Mavic 3
When exporting a mission to Mavic 3. Does the mission still fly via virtual stick or does the entire mission get uploaded to the drone?

Hi Joe. It works the same as when creating a plan in the DJI app which uploads it to the drone. This is why it needs to be converted first to a DJI Waypoints onboard mission, then exported in KMZ format. This is also why the DJI app gives the option to select continue the mission on signal loss. Hope that helps. Enjoy.
Thats what I thought after running a couple of waypoint missions; I did not see the slight jerkiness common to the SDK drones running virtual stick missions while in video capture mode
So in summary; I am no longer disappointed with lack of SDK with the recent drones; it may be an extra step with the file swapping procedure; but its worth it when not suffering the virtual stick back & forth communication lags
