Start plan renewal
Today we received an internal demand to renew the plan we had at Dronelink, but due to an operational error, our purchasing department contracted a new plan with a new account, GTEC Salinor with email: admin@salinor.com.br. However, ALL of our configuration is in the Yuri Mendonca account, email: yuri.mendonca@salinor.com.br. I would like to see the possibility of canceling the new account and transferring the payment to Yuri Mendonca's account so that we don't lose all of our configuration. Or transfer all of the settings from the Yuri account to this new account. Both solutions suit us.
