Offline Missions Not Working Properly – Poco X7 Pro (Android 14)

Esteban Aguirre
Hello DroneLink Support Team, I'm experiencing an issue with offline missions in the DroneLink app, even though I have an active Premium subscription and a stable internet connection. 📱 Device: Model: Poco X7 Pro Android: 14 (HyperOS) DroneLink App: Latest version from web site Subscription: Premium ❗ Issue: When I select “Make Available Offline” on a mission, I get the message “Downloaded”. However, the offline folder icon does not appear in the app’s menu. When switching to Airplane Mode, the mission does not load the base map or display properly. I’ve already tried the following: Reinstalling the app Clearing cache Granting all app permissions Setting battery usage to "Unrestricted" Manually panning and zooming over the mission area to cache tiles I’ve also created and tested new missions with the same result. 🎯 Request: Could you confirm if there are known issues with Poco devices or Android 14 / HyperOS? How can I verify that the map tiles are fully downloaded and available offline? Do you have an official guide to ensure both the mission and maps are properly cached for offline use? Thanks in advance for your support — I look forward to your guidance.

Making the mission available for offline just means it saves the mission plan for execution, it doesn’t cache any map tiles.
