Speed error in converted Dronelink plan

I created a waypoint mission. At all the waypoint in the original plan the Speed (max) is 10 km/h. I converted this plan into DJI waypoint plan. In this new plan the Speed is changing waypoint to waypoint. I exported this plan into kmz file and downloaded it onto my RC 2 controller. I checked the speed at the waypoints and it is varying as weel!

You can see my short video demontrating the problem here:  https://bgyachting-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/personal/gabor_bgyachting_onmicrosoft_com/EYmZxxtw3rlDqHqX3quTF88B8nwFGT1H1nPtBzPqL1YWzA?e=SfLFvY

It appears to be an artifact of the conversion process, which is definitely not perfect nor 1:1. Issues like this are all part of the reason it took so long to put this feature out in the first place.

Here you have the simplest waypoint plan: https://app.dronelink.com/g-bor-bokrossy-3KZTcNMOdF8gFlY5TzIF/aranybulla/plan/XQOrAvyf4wivy8lvTwE2/yhGuKaRsY2YCq0HkusXm

It contains only 2 waypoints. The speed should be 16 km/h. In the converted plan the reuired speed never achive 16 km/h and on the end it is breaking. The result will be a video where the drone axcelerate during the full mission. If somebody  wants to have a steady speed during the hole mission it is easy to modify the mission on RC 2. The problem will be bigger if somebody really wants to change the speed during the mission. I hope you will able to eliminate this bug soon. :)

This is our perspective on spending more resources on this feature: https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/41843026540307/comments/41856488977555

Hi Gábor. On a plan like yours you may want to try using the Orbit component and see if it will work for you. It will be easier to set up the continuous radius so the distance will be the same to the center POI and all the POI’s won’t be needed. You can also do a lot more if needed like a starting and finishing radius as well as starting and finishing altitude. I’ve tried a few and they convert and work well for exporting into the DJI app. It will definitely be much easier to create something like this. Just a thought. Enjoy.

Hi Mike, after several year I just returned to Dronelik a few days ago. First of all my first drone (Mavic Mini) liked so much to be in Santorini that decided to stay there unfortunately at the bottom of the sea. After this I didn't purchase any drone due to the fact that DJI decided not to support IOS devices any more. In the last year I purchased a Mini 4 PRO fly more combo with RC2. I realised that Dronelink has new salutions in WEB app to plan missions which are downloadable to the RC2 directly. At the moment I am at the very beginning of tests and checking what conventional planning + Convert Plan + Export plan and what DJI waypoint plan + Export Plan is doing. I am checking as well the result on RC2 waypoint mission. As a result I will put down the anomalies I found, my questions and also my remarks

Of curse I know what the conventional components are doing. I made more than 200 plans I flew in the past. Here you have an example I made with Dronelink, Mavic Mini and DJI Pocket2 : https://bgyachting-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/personal/gabor_bgyachting_onmicrosoft_com/EQWIoeTl6LVJhYytTC5VcEYBEZqRNJ7gG64EZMzqlkaCrQ?e=cjMj2r

Ok Gábor. DL has so many functions/ features and sometimes there can be many ways to set something set up to work for your needs. Enjoy.
