I am a researcher in aerial robotics at the BioRobotics Institute of Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, a public university in Italy.
I would like to know if we can subscribe your app for two or three years by Bank Transfer. We are a public administration and we cannot proceed by credit card from the website.

A few ways to contact them directly but for something like this I believe emailing them at sales@dronelink.com may be the best way.
