Accidental Purchase of Annual Plan - Request to Switch to Monthly

I recently interested to purchase the $29.99 monthly plan to begin using your platform with a small drone, partly to motivate my son. However, I accidentally subscribed to the $299.99 annual plan. I contacted my bank, and they advised me to reach out to you first in hope of resolving the matter amicably. I am still very interest in using Dronelink under the monthly subscription, but I kindly ask if it is possible to switch from the annual plan to the monthly one.
