Problemas na execução do mini 3

Boa noite, continuo com o mesmo problema sobre a execução da missão do mini 3, atualizei o controle e firmware e testei em outro drone com o aplicativo. E ocorre o mesmo problema. Ele recebe o comando, sobe e fica no alto parado. Fiz todos os processos que era recomendado, mas nada funciona.

    Hi Sabrina. It could be several things. Did you look through the DL help article and make sure the DJI Fly app was force closed and the control switch is mode is in Normal “P” position. If so then you may want to share a screenshot of the error message.

    Sim. Eu baixei até em outro celular para que não haja problemas. E agora, o DL não conecta mais com drone e nem com celular.

    Estou usando a nova versão. Estou usando um Samsung.
    Ele conectava antes, agora não está pegando de forma alguma.
    Estou com demandas de serviços, e o DL não está me ajudando. Queria alguma forma de compensação do valor que paguei.
    Pois fiz tudo que falaram e nada resolveu

    Ok. The app works and you’re the only one reporting this. Have you granted all permissions. I believe there are 11 of them and they all must be granted. If you missed even one of them it will not work. Check the device settings and make sure they are all granted. If you still can’t get it working then you can contact them at support@dronelink.com or request a refund if it was purchased not long ago. dronelink.com/refund

    Eu aceitei todas permissões, fiz tudo que estava em todos os artigos que me enviaram. Mas, mesmo com tudo não pegou.

    You said it starts the mission and then ascends up and then stops, or does the drone disconnect. Can you send a screen recording with the error message when it stops or disconnects. Other than that I’m not sure how else to help.

    Aparecia essa mensagem. Fiz as atualizações, ele subiu e depois nem quis mais conectar no drone e nem no celular.

    A bit confusing. As far as the message, it says the RC-N1 controller switch is not in “N” position which is the Normal speed mode, center position on the controller. If it is then something else has been missed as I’m sure Jim will tell you as well as hundreds of others using the Mini 3’s they are not having this issue.
