Hi Sabrina. It could be several things. Did you look through the DL help article and make sure the DJI Fly app was force closed and the control switch is mode is in Normal “P” position. If so then you may want to share a screenshot of the error message.
Sim. Eu baixei até em outro celular para que não haja problemas. E agora, o DL não conecta mais com drone e nem com celular.

Ok. The app works and you’re the only one reporting this. Have you granted all permissions. I believe there are 11 of them and they all must be granted. If you missed even one of them it will not work. Check the device settings and make sure they are all granted. If you still can’t get it working then you can contact them at support@dronelink.com or request a refund if it was purchased not long ago. dronelink.com/refund

You said it starts the mission and then ascends up and then stops, or does the drone disconnect. Can you send a screen recording with the error message when it stops or disconnects. Other than that I’m not sure how else to help.
Aparecia essa mensagem. Fiz as atualizações, ele subiu e depois nem quis mais conectar no drone e nem no celular.

Sorry I was confused because your refund request said that you purchased through the Apple app store.
A bit confusing. As far as the message, it says the RC-N1 controller switch is not in “N” position which is the Normal speed mode, center position on the controller. If it is then something else has been missed as I’m sure Jim will tell you as well as hundreds of others using the Mini 3’s they are not having this issue.
