Switch from Annual to Monthly billing?

Hello, I am currently under a growth Annual plan. How do I switch from Annual to Monthly? I don't see an option for that, just to setup a new Growth account which I don't want to do.

Do I cancel my Annual and setup monthly? 

I want to ensure I don't lose all the missions I've created.
