My drone: DJI Air 2S
My current plan: Elite
My previous plan: Premium
The Dronelink app worked normally
Then, stopped connecting
I tried everything and nothing worked
I decided to try to upgrade: from Premium to Elite, to try to solve the problem
It didn't work
I downloaded the DroneLink apk app: it connects and doesn't take off
Summary:
Using the Play Store app - it doesn't connect
Using the apk app: connects and does not take off. Error message: Update plan as DJI Air 2S is not compatible with the Elite plan
Attempts were always made with only 1 of the apps installed (the other always deleted)
Note:
DJI Fly updated and working normally
DJI Fly always closed when working with Dronelink.

Can you share a screenshot?
It sounds like you may have the wrong version of Dronelink installed. Are you running Dronelink or Dronelink DJI, and what remote controller are you using? Did you choose correctly on the download page?
