cancel my purchase please refund

Unfortunately, I have to cancel my purchase with you (Elite Package one-time purchase), as my DJI RC2 controller with the DJI Minipro 4 is not compatible with your software, and this was not immediately apparent on your website prior to purchase. That’s very unfortunate.

I kindly request a refund/credit to my Visa account and a confirmation via email.
