Hi Scott. I don’t have that drone to test the Pano. Only suggestion I have is to check the DJI Fly app and make sure the upward ability is enabled. If is then DL will may need to test one of there Mini 4’s to see if there is an issue. DL may want to know what device you are you using as well.
Upward ability isn't something you enable, it's native functionality.
Anyone from dronelink able to comment?
We asked DJI about this but they haven’t responded yet.
As I said, I don’t have that drone so If there is no enable feature then that’s something newer. My MM, MA2 as well as older drones do have a switch to enable upward gimbal movement. Just trying to help. Enjoy.
Upward gimbal moment isnt locked on any DJI drone to my knowledge (that would make the drone relatively unusable in forward flight). Some allow you to lock roll. Dronelinks response seems to indicate this is simply a bug with the DJI API.
My MA2 does have a switch to allow upward gimbal rotation in the Fly app which is why I mentioned it. Seems like it’s the older (legacy drones) as they are now called have this so you must not own one. Hopefully DJI will respond to DL with an answer as to why it won’t go above 0° pitch but who knows when. Good luck and enjoy.

I tried this for the first time today with the same results - trying a 360 pano which involves pointing the camera up at 12 deg and I get

It’s been 5 months since I reported it, and no one has responded, so I doubt it is going to be looked at.
It seems the issue is with the SDK, so I guess we are waiting on DJI to correct it.

Hola a todos, hace poco compré la aplicación de Dronelink y la instalé en el teléfono (iPhone 13 y Huawei p30 en ninguno dió imagen y aparecía un aviso que decía telemetría no disponible)
Hice los pasos que dicen que se deben hacer, conectar control y drone, primero abrir dji Fly, luego cerrar y abrir Dronelink y lo hice un montón de veces, revisé vi figualraciones y nada, revisé actualizaciones y nadaaaaa aún no da imagen le dio comentar control desde la aplicación y pitan y la luz da color amarillo pero no da imagen.
Alguien por favor me puede indicar qué puedo o debo hacer ???
