Can you provide a screenshot? Also, are there errors reported in DJI Fly?
hello thanks for the quick reply. I don't have dji fly on my phone to avoid conflicts, but the drone works very well with the Dji Rc 2, but with this remote control and dji mini 3 I can't use drone link. with the previous versions I had no problems, but sometimes the mission wouldn't start. now it just can't take off.
This error appears both if I want to start a mission and with free flight through dronelink

First I’d install the DJI Fly app and see if there are any warnings or errors. Also not having the Fly app means you will lose a ton of functionality and features which the DL app cannot do. There is no reason to have any conflicts as long as you force close the Fly app before using DL. You can also set it up to have only DL start up on power up. I’ve been using for over 4 years and no conflicts.
