This drone is not officially supported:

If you are wanting to use it, however, you will need a Growth plan as this is the only plan that supports enterprise drones.

Subject: Feedback on M4E Compatibility and Account Requirements
That was exactly my question. I’ve read all the messages related to the M4E, and although it’s not "officially" supported yet, I’ve learned that it can still be used.
For the sake of transparency, I think it would be helpful for most customers if it were unofficially noted that the Growth account is required. I originally chose the Starter account based on the information provided, which I believed would be sufficient. However, I now find myself needing to upgrade to make it work. Just a suggestion for clearer communication.
That being said, I do want to mention that the product itself is excellent!
