Login Issue with Dronelink App for RC Pro
Hey there!
I purchased the Growth plan and installed the Dronelink app for the RC Pro. After tapping the login button, there was a reCAPTCHA challenge which I apparently failed to complete correctly.
Now when I try to login again, there is no reCAPTCHA challenge anymore. Instead, I just see this error message:
"Unable to process request due to missing initial state. This may happen if browser sessionStorage is inaccessible or accidentally cleared. Some specific scenarios are - 1) Using IDP-Initiated SAML SSO. 2) Using signInWithRedirect in a storage-partitioned browser environment."
I've already tried:
- Closing and reopening the app
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Waiting an hour between login attempts
- Changed wireless network
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Is this happening in the native app or in the browser? If the browser, can you try logging in on your phone or computer?
Browser is no problem. The Native app ver. 5.1.0 (305).
Is this at the initial login screen, or one the secondary ones that shows up when you try to edit a mission plan (which is really just an embedded web browser in the native app)?

Hmm, there isn't a CAPTCHA on that particular login form. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? I just tried on our RC Pro and everything is working fine. Is there another variable in your environment, like a VPN or something? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
The captcha was from firebase. it worked after i waited a couple of hours.
