Recover deleted account

Subscription renewed March 2025 and this is the message returned,

"Firebase: There is no user record corresponding to this identifier. The user may have been deleted. (auth/user-not-found)."

Have proof of subscription renewal, can the previous account be re-activated or the subscription applied to a fresh account?
