Problems with mini 3

I'm using the premium version, and I map with both the Air 2s and I have a mini 3. I had some problems with the Air 2S, but they have already been resolved.
I've been trying to map with the mini 3, and in the planning and flight part everything worked perfectly until it was time to upload the images to the DJI platform. I've tried countless times and at different altitudes and overlaps. I've already checked the position of the gimbal and everything is ok compared to the flights I use the Air 2s.
Can you help me identify where the error is?

    All the Dronelink app does is trigger the captures. It does not process anything so this is something you should contact DJI on.

    João Henrique  I am having the same issue with mini 3.  I have found a workaround to fix by injecting gimbal and gps info into the jpg images.  If you try to process images in any other mapping software (like metashape) it does work fine.  however for some reason the required information is not correctly saved into mini 3 jpg files.  Have you found any other way to fix this?

    Which SD card are you using ? As stated above the DL app just triggers the captures. I’d do a full format on the SD card and try again. If still an issue then try storing to the internal storage to see if it works. If it works when saving to the internal storage then that will indicate it may be an SD card issue. The metadata is controlled by the drones firmware which writes the data to the storage device, not the DL app. Almost every time I’ve seen issues like this over the last 5 years with captures it’s almost always a storage issue. In rare cases it’s an issue with the drones firmware which is resolved by DJI.
