Air 2S Cardan/Gimbal frozen status

Matheus Pontes

The information about the gimbal remains locked, but I can manually move the gimbal while using Dronelink. By default, it displays as "-", but if I open the DJI app, rotate the gimbal to, for example, -90º, and then open Dronelink again, it starts displaying "-90º".

I tried updating the drone's firmware, tested the latest version of the app, and also the latest beta version.

There appears to be a hardware or firmware issue with your drone. If Dronelink can’t get the gimbal pitch from your drone through the DJI SDK, then gimbal control will not work. Our test hardware currently does not have this issue so it is specific to your drone.

That controller firmware is the original version from 4/2021. Update it and try again.
