Can I add a waypoint before Waypoint Alfa?

I frequently create a waypoint plan and discover, in reviewing the mission, that I need to add an additional waypoint at the beginning to help avoid an obstacle. I haven't found a way to do this yet. Rather, if I add a waypoint it is only added after the last waypoint in the plan.

Is there a way to select where in the order a waypoint should be added, or a way to reorder them?

    Easiest way right now would be to click the + button between A and B and position the new waypoint near A. Then drag A to where you want the actual start to be.
