Fatal error during a mission

I was carrying out a mission for the second time that day, it was the second day testing this app with my dji mini 3 pro and in the middle of recording a video I lost signal, I waited for it to come back and after a few minutes I went to look for it, in the end I found it and it was completely off, but with the battery still at approximately 40%, it fell to the ground and was totally damaged. Where can I complain to dronelink for this incident? Has something like this ever happened to anyone?

Sorry to hear about the accident. Outside of uploading waypoints to certain legacy drones such as the Mavic 2 Pro, Dronelink requires a constant connection to the drone to operate (virtual sticks). The connection to the drone is controlled by DJI and the behavior of the drone when the connection is lost is determined by the setting you chose in DJI’s app. If you lost connection and had the drone set to return home in such a case, Dronelink has no control over this scenario and if there was an error you will have to contact DJI.
