Downgrade 5.0.2. to older version

I am writing to report an issue with the Dronelink app after updating to version 5.02. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9, and since the update, the app has stopped functioning.
Before the update, everything worked perfectly. However, now the app crashes. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my device and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem, as I rely on the app for my work.

ok, Actually I never used it for work, I only want the app because I payed for it can i be provided with a previus version of the dji dronelink app please?
What did you mean by “ as I rely on the app for my work”.
i'm a client, asking please for an older version? why would I be asked to pay again? please provide me with the older version app.
This type of support request is best handled over email, which is reserved for professional accounts anyway. If you are violating the license agreement, then we need to resolve that issue before we can provide support.
