Drone gone crazy and app crashes

Stefano Guadagno

I recently purchased a Starter license and tried the first automatic mission (map and orbit) today, with a Mini 3 Pro. The app is version 5.0.1 (300) | kernel 5.0.0 and the phone is a Google Pixel 6 with which I never had any problems with the Dji Fly app and Litchi Pilot.
Basically, I started the mission and the drone took off and stayed almost a minute hovering, while on the phone the message was “Uploading missions.”
Eventually it took off and got into position. I wanted to pause the mission to adjust the exposure, but as soon as I paused it, I saw that the app started to slow down and was no longer responding to commands. Eventually, I was able to lock the exposure and when I pressed Play again, it went back to “Uploading missions” for a few seconds and then crashed. So I reopened Dronelink, restarted the mission and the drone literally went crazy, spinning on itself and spinning the gimbal.
I had to get it back on the ground with RTH.
What happened? No interference, with Dji Fly I fly with no problems in the same location.
Please help me because I have to do some important photogrammetric surveys next week and I would need Dronelink to work!
Thank you.
Here is the mission:
