Also, when I uninstall and reinstall the app only does the purple play arrow and time estimate appear where I can press it but then immediately disappears. Please help
Using a DJI air 2s
Standard control that came with my drone, says model RC231 on the back
Latest version of Dronelink I assume on iOS, it is up to date in the App Store,
I flick away DJI fly but doesn’t really change anything on iOS or android devices
When I uninstall and open a mission for the first time and can press the go button it does the mapping flight normally except I have no view of the camera and would not be able to stop the drone or see any info on the flight, is there a way to fly the drone on a browser?
Please can you help me
Having no camera view and no telemetry is not normal. I assume you granted all permissions on install?

Can you send a screen recording or screenshots showing the issue?
I have camera view but no map view, the drone connects to the controller and drone fine and I can fly manually it’s just no button to start the mission comes up, how can I send you videos and photos?
Also am on iOS
And yes you are right on my android device the app works perfectly like it used to on my iPhone except I am disconnected from the drone but if I go to DJI fly I am connected
Can you upload to youtube or dropbox and put a link?
Jim McAndrew, I had the same issue today, mission worked last week; but nothing today. Same Drone DJI Air 2s, IOS 18.2.1 , iPhone 15 Pro, Dronelink version 5.0.0 (298) . Dronelink comes up, but there is no mission start button. I can takeoff manual with an arrow up on the left side of the screen, and there's a photo button on the right side of the screen. But no way to start a mission that has been picked.
Hey Tim, I just got a new iPhone to see if it will work, still the app is not working, seems like there’s a problem with the app on iPhones, someone needs to fix this asap
We can’t fix the issue if we don’t know what it is or how to reproduce it.
How can I help? Send you photos?
As I said before, can you upload a screen recording showing the issue to youtube or dropbox and put a link?
Jim, I upgraded to version 5.0.1 last night and all seems good again.
The whole left side of the screen wasn't showing yesterday with the purple go button and the map. All good now for me, just wish it would have worked yesterday. Lesson learned, check for latest upgrade before going on a job in cold conditions (too cold to troubleshoot grrrr).
