What licence do I need?

I have a DJI Mavic Air 2 drone availiable and I have one job for this drone.
Once a year i have to make a 3D map of a 400 hectar nature reserve, to document the growth of the plants and any improvement on the infrastructure (walkways, water level in the lakes and so on)
The terrain is very uneven and ondulated and contains a height difference of around 240 meters.
What plan would be best for me
-3D map once a year
-400 hectars ondulated land with lots of vegetation

If you want terrain follow, sign up for a month of Starter and then cancel it until next year.
