Dji Mini 3 Active Track

Is the active track available for Dji Mini 3? Do I have to buy a license in order to have it available? Is that so?

Dronelink doesn't support active track.
I have bought a license and I have Follow mode available. Just now I have realized Active Track and Follow mode is not the same thing. Follow mode was what I initially wanted to ask about. Thanks.
