Is there a way to change the photo automatic capture interval from 2s when running mission parts like an orbit?

Yes, preface you Waypoints or Orbit with these camera commands, then set Auto-Capture in the Orbit or Waypoints component:
Another way is to set the camera up first in the DJI app.
