The follow from location (drone icon on the left) appears to be many kilometers away from your position on the map. How were you able to get it that far?

The map renders the location that the drone will attempt to follow you (seen as a transparent drone icon on the left in this image). Somehow that location seems to be several kilometers distant from you, and we have a safety features built-in to the mode to disallow that or else you would experience a fly-away. I am asking how you were able to make this happen. If there is a bug we need to fix it.
Here's what's going on
1 I launch the program and connect the drone - my point is determined by the house - and I try flights on the drone - I observe data changes when the drone moves
2 - I launch the program, follow me - and when the program starts, another drone icon appears on the map a few kilometers away, and the program starts to glitch
I am thinking of completely resetting the program to the stock settings. How can I do this?
There aren't really any settings that would affect this, but you can delete and reinstall the app if you want.
