Mavic Mini Mapping - Blurred Images

Tim Kerby

I've noticed about 50% of the images taken while mapping have some blur to them that looks like it caused by the drone motion. It seems that the photos are taken while in movement. Is there a way to get the drone to pause for each picture to get the best quality or should I just reduce the maximum speed down from 18km/h to something lower?

Up for a 'vote' on 'future road map' ??
Is this a joke, the whole reason I bought dronelink was for mapping. With that said when all the images are blurry using Mavic mini it make this platform utterly useless in my opinion. Very disappointing!!

I’ve since had some slightly better success by slowing down the drone speed and mapping with the gimbal at 45 degrees and flying a grid with more overlap. It’s not ideal but the angled camera gives less ground movement per frame. Only problem is it needs a much larger flight area which doesn’t help with obstacles

Well I'm glad to hear that. But I already slowed it down to I think 4 mph, what were you using?

    Is this a joke

Not sure why you think having a product roadmap is a joke. We are doing the best we can to overcome issues with the underlying hardware but quality features take time and resources to create. If you want an immediate solution you need to purchase better hardware, otherwise you need to vote on the features so we have an indication from our user community as to what people value most.
