There is one. Add your marker, then select component, then select wait.
also, see https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360051086254
Chris it does not work for me, it never comes to a full stop. The only way I was told is to add a approach to the mission and then a marker with a (wait) component but I can not figure out how to add a 2nd or 3rd approach
The wait needs to be standalone component. If you have a path, a wait component, the another path it will wait between the two paths.
Approaches are a part of other components.
This would be very unexpected behavior on my part, but for now that's the way it is.
I would have expected a marker with a wait to well wait.
James I have set a stanalone wait component marker by itself. It ill not work
He doesn't have the context of this thread, which represents the current suggested way to accomplish what you want. It is unlikely we will implement this feature request any time soon because there is already a way to do what you want.
I am not able to replicate Jims instrution for some reason
New plan.
Add a path component.
Add a wait component
Add a second path.
James I already have a mission with 11 Waypoint and some POI. How do I edit to be able to add those instructions to the current Mission I already have?
Create a new mission and test how wait works. Then delete the waypoints that are past where you want the wait and add a new path with the remaining waypoints. Each waypoint is only one click and it will do you get to get more practice.
I want to thank Jim, James and Chris for the tremeneous help. Specialy Jim that has been at it for 4 days heping me outI. I finaly understand how to do the (wait) feature. Again thank you all and God Bless and James your last post was the decided factor in me undestanding.
Hello and hope all are doing well. I have a quick question. when path 1 ends and it transitioning to the beginning of path 2 the camara changes view randomly until path 2 is reached then the camera will lock on to the POI and continue eviction. Any suggestion or comments will be greatly appreciated
The portion of flight between Path 1 and Path 2 is called the "approach" to Path 2, and it is a destination component. Destination components automatically orient the drone toward the destination as the drone flies.
