If you mean change the plan while the mission is running, no, that is what the upcoming modes will be for. If you change settings in a plan you need to abort the mission and reload it.

Modes are different from workflows. Workflows are intended to allow users to queue up multiple mission plans to run one after another.

If you mean when is that going to happen in the components? Probably never. As I stated before, real-time modifications are possible with modes (focus, follow, orbit), which were released as part of v2.0.0.
