Weird user interface problems on Google Pixel 4 phone
|
Doug Hitchcock, newbie I'm having the following weird behaviors on Google Pixel 4 phone running DroneLink 1.7.2 1) Auto rotate of screen doesn't always flip DroneLink screen as it is upside down unless I reboot the phone or app 2) The icon in upper-left opens and closes the menu, but doesn't allow me to go back to repository or plan choices after a mission has ended 3) Within the mapbox, there is an icon the swaps the screen display and PIP box, that's OK, but how can I get the map app to NOT show "labels" for local businesses, etc...It's a Google map thing? There are a top of icons on the screen, but it would be nice to create a call-out graphic describing what these all mean to a newbie. Also, I have a larger Android tablet and may run the app on that platform....Is there any form of a flat surface that adapts the DJI mini-controller to accommodate a larger display? I'm think of using an old clipboard cut to fit within the grasp of the DJI remote control.... |

Can't speak to your UI issues, but as for holding a tablet, I use a Samsung Tab A and mount it in one of these:

using a cable like this one to connect it:

Hi Ken and others,
this recommendation is perfect....A similar large screen mount in the States is:

On 1 and 2, can you post those each to their own bug report thread with steps to reproduce and screen recordings showing the issue?
On 3, we haven't created a UI for this but it is technically possible. You can post it as a feature request.
On the flight dashboard, you can see a graphic in the DJI GO manual.
