How do I do I do a double grid map mission and make it so the camera is at an oblique angle and not pointed straight down

I generally like to fly my mapping missions in a double grid (ie two grids offset by 90 degrees and I figured for that I just put in two grids which isn't a huge problem, my issue is that I can't figure out how to make it so the camera is pointing about 20-30 degrees off nadir so I can create a 3d model, is there a way to do this?
