App crashes on Samsung galaxy S20+ mavic mini

Andreas Philipson

Hi there, I used dronelink without any problems with my galaxy S20+. Now I start the app as usual (normally after starting the dji fly app and closing it). Most of the times I can start a mission but suddenly the app closes down an I'm on my Homescreen. The app is still open in the app folder but the connection is lost and I can't continue the mission. So it's not of any use anymore. The app returns to homescreen after a certain time (couple of seconds to minutes) even if I'm not yet connected to the drone...

Android 11 One UI-Version 3.0, dronelink Version 2.0.0 (134) Kernel 2.0.1

Do you have any crash logs?

I did a crash log recording, but the file is quite big and i don't know which of those files you need, or do you need the whole?

If you can send the file that corresponds to the crash, that would be great, otherwise just upload everything to Google Drive / Dropbox / etc and post a link.

We made several fixes to Android in build 140. Please let me know if the crash is still happening after you delete and reinstall the app.

I haven't had 1 issue as a premium member while using Dronelink on Android with either the Air 2 or Mini 1, just a great job all around I must add. Now with that being said, was anything added besides the bug fixes?

Hi there, since the update didn't have any problems no more. Thanks a lot! Now waiting for the the mini 2 to be supported. That would be awesome!
