Files don't upload to the pix4d integration

Desislava Mihova12
Hi, I have successfully completed a mission and I followed your steps describing how to upload the pictures to pix4d from the dronelink website. However, when I drop off the files or select the folder none of the pictures are uploading and instead and it shows me they are being skipped. What can I do to upload them?

I made sure they all have the same file names - the ones for my mission and the ones I upload. However, the mission files are all showing as missing and all the files I upload are skipped. I did the mapping with mavic mini

The DJI SDK reports incorrect file names for the Mavic Mini right now. DJI says it will be fixed in the next version (coming in a few days). Until then, you will just have to remove the mission from the list of filters (click the x icon) and it will let them through (though you will need to filter the files yourself).

Hi, same for me(Mavic Air 2). I've tried to upload files filtering them, but the answer is "you're not allowed to do this action"

I believe the OP was talking about a different error than you are seeing. The not allowed message typically means you don't have the Advanced package:

Hi Jim. No, my error was the same, my files were skipped, then I've tried to upload them manually. But you're right, I don't have the advance package, so I guess this is the thing. Thanks
