Chrome 86.0.4240.111 oficial build 64 bit ARCGIS
Can anybody else reproduce error ARCGIS api failed to load. Two computers one old and one new fresh install same browser. Not working from 27.10.2020.
Os WINDOWS 10 pro.

Try using chrome.exe --max_old_space_size=4096
